Feedback and Ideas for SAP StreamWork

It's a bit hard to organize collaborative content when all items are presented in a blog view (implying that all content are of equal importance). Blog views when all contents are similar and all read or when items are easily searchable but less good for functioning as a dashboard. There should be better ways of organizing content than just pinning and grouping such as sidebars, navigation bars, columns, different item sizes, etc

When a user clicks an action item from email to open it in a browser, the related item should automatically be shown instead of subtlety be referred to via a link icon. The whole purpose of opening an action item is to interact with the related item. It shouldn't cost an additional action to do it.

We are using streamwork to track issues with the customer. This implies that everyone can add updates. Unfortunately the whole cell is marked when clicking to edit: it happened several times that former entries where lost and overwritten by the new entry. I propose to male editing less error prone or introduce and undo function.

When I edit the detailed text of an agenda item, for example to make notes, I see a very small editing field which requires me to scroll up and down to see things and makes it very difficult to edit. There is no reason why the field has to be that small and a simple re-size of the window that increases the visible edit space would be great.

Please disable the personal verification when users try to login from an for Streamwork unknown PC or provide the option to select the verification Question. Sometimes the verification doesn't accept the answer or you still don't know the answer. I'd suggest to disable it, but a first step would be to be able to select between the questions!!!
